Troubleshooting Common Issues
My image won't upload
If you're having trouble uploading your image, check the following:
- Make sure your file is under 5MB in size
- Verify the file format is JPG, PNG, or GIF
- Try refreshing the page and uploading again
- Check your internet connection
The image looks blurry or pixelated
This usually happens when:
- The original image resolution is too low
- You've cropped too small a section of the image

Solution: Try uploading a higher resolution version of your image.
